Thanks to your Zuyd Hogeschool librarians, and their partnership with Lean Library you now have the ability to easily find study materials wherever and whenever you decide to study.

What is Lean Library?

Lean Library Access is a browser extension that works with our Zuyd Library systems to give you seamless access when working away from the Zuyd Hogeschool campus. Once downloaded, you'll be alerted via a pop-up message if you are looking for something that Zuyd Library can give you access to, including articles, eBooks, and other subscriptions. If our library can't help, we will also try to direct you to an open access version of what you are looking for if it exists elsewhere.

How?

Just download the browser extension and select Zuyd Hogeschool to access our Lean Library subscription and start browsing library content wherever you are studying or researching.

Step 1: download the extension on this page
Step 2: install the extension
Step 3: select Zuyd Hogeschool and add the LL icon to your browser’s address bar
Step 4: you will get a screen where you can adjust settings; you can also simply click it away
Step 4: installation is complete, you can start searching and get a notification about access options via LL

Please note:

Library Access is not suitable for mobile devices, so it only works on desk- and laptops. If you work on a Zuyd desk- or laptop, unfortunately it is not possible to add the add-on to Google Chrome and Edge. The Zuyd IT department does not allow adding extensions to the Zuyd version of Chrome.
